Sunshine Explosion Day 1!

 Day 1:

Today was easy because it was Sunday and I like dressing up.

I am wearing a striped shirt with an elastic belt. On the bottom I am 

wearing a short-long skirt, and a pair of wedge heels.     

My inspiration!

 I chose simple accessories today.  

Because stripes have a tendency to widen your form,

I chose a belt to define my waist. 

(Of course I didn't wear this all day; after church I put on shorts and a t-shirt.=D )

I Challenge You to a Sunshine Explosion!

All of us have done this at one point in time: you walk up to your closet look at all the clothes inside, sigh and say "I have nothing to wear!" Since this statement is obviously untrue I have invented a challenge to help get those creative juices churning. Ok, here it is: for the next 30 days we are going to try and wear a different outfit or variation of an outfit every day. Use what you have, don't go buy a whole new wardrobe for this challenge. Be creative, use lots of color, and fun accessories. Don't forget the best accessory is your smile. The challenge begins September 1st so mark your calendars! I will try to post my outfit and inspiration every day to help with ideas. And remember I'm not a professional so i will try to post on the fashion flop days too. Lets make our outfits explode with sunshine and see if we can make life brighter. :)   

My Welcome Statement

The point of this blog is to assist teen girls with their fashion. I have realized it is very hard to put together an outfit that brings out the "sunshine in my soul". So I'm here to try and help you do that. I hope to be able to put some sunshine in your outfit and give you a few fashion tips. I would really enjoy getting others thoughts and questions on fashion stuff so please do comment.
